 Change your mind – Change a person – Create history

Contagious, prophetic, creatively inspirational; these are just a few of the words that describe National Keynote Speaker, Author and Growth Coach, Dwayne T. Bess. His words have circulated and transpired with such people as Arun Gandhi, Juan Williams and Rubin “Hurricane” Carter. He has been honored with the likes of such people as Kweisi MFume, Reggie Bush, Dennis Haysbert, Tyrese Gibson, Jamie Fox, Hip-Hop/R&B Mogul Common and Actor/Director Tyler Perry. His book “The Perpetual Hand” has influenced such actor’s as Alfonso Ribeiro who played Carlton on “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” and Verne Troyer who is better known for his role as Mini-Me in the Austin Powers movies.

Corporations such as Monsanto and The United States Pentagon have hired Bess to help improve productivity and build positive influence throughout the workplace. He has appeared and contributed on both ABC and FOX News as well as produced such plays as “Issues of Love” and  “Real Life,” both which went on to receive national recognition. He has been honored with such awards as the White House Good Samaritan Philanthropy Award, Field Sales Director Award from Janssen Inc.  and the Kimmel Leadership Award from SIUE.

In addition to his many accomplishments, Bess has also gained recognition as both Essence Magazine’s Do Right Man of the Year and Delux Magazines Distinguished Gentlemen of the Year. Through his teachings and lectures Bess has made a name for himself that has set the bar for inspiring positive change one word at a time. He has done this with such talks as “Redefining Selflessness,” “How to be a Better Boyfriend/Girlfriend,” “How to Be a Person of Influence,” and how “Dreams Don’t Stop When Market Momentum Does.” These along with several other talks and lectures have been proven affective and obtainable. Bess provides easy step-by-step instructions and activities that will allow people to work at their own pace in achieving change.
